Objective: Align the earrings properly in KeyShot to ensure realistic lighting and shadows.
In the Keyshot scene, we can see there are no shadows, except on the omega part. This suggests that the position of the elements in the scene might be below the ‘ground’ plane.

In order to generate realistic shadows or reflections, our design must be placed on the ground.
In the Scene panel, located on the right, all the elements of the scene are listed. Select the earring.

Adjust Position to Ground
Click the Position button (1) and then select Snap to Ground (2). Both earrings will now rest on the ground plane, projecting accurate shadows.
