Creating Report Templates
The default report works — but your reports should look like your studio. In this tutorial you’ll open Report Template 1 from the user Report folder and rebuild it to your taste: field boxes drawn and arrayed with exact spacing, text labels whose bracketed IDs map to the report fields (underscores instead of spaces — the detail everything hinges on), and custom fields added straight from the Report panel.
Then the visual half: view boxes positioned and scaled against the data fields, four viewports configured as Perspective, Front, Right and Top, a reference model to fine-tune each view, and the template saved into the Report folder where the generator picks it up. Every report you create afterwards carries your personalized layout. Follow the step-by-step lessons at your own pace, then watch the video lesson at the end to see the whole workflow in one sitting.
