Objective: Learn how to carve the top and lateral channels that will host the gemstones.
Hide the Center Circle
Select the center circle, type hide in the command bar and press Enter. Hiding it prevents conflicts while the next command is running.

Top Channel
Go to the “Solid” tab and click on the “Push and Pull” command.

- Select the top surface of the solid and press Enter.
- When the red guides appear, move the cursor inside the solid.
- Type
0.35 mmand press Enter.
Thanks to the reference curves, the channel is exactly 0.35 mm deep.

Lateral Channel
Repeat the same procedure on the lateral side: “Push and Pull”, select the surface, press Enter, move the cursor inward, type 0.35 mm and press Enter.
