Boolean Difference and Mirror

Objective: Learn how to subtract the cutters from the shank and complete the pavé on both arms.
Boolean Difference
Go to the “Solid” tab and use the “Boolean Difference” command.
- Select the shank and press Enter.
- Then select each cutter and press Enter again.
Since the Delete Cutter option was set to No in the command bar, the cutters are not deleted — simply hide them to see the result.
Mirror the Gems
Select the gems and use “Mirror Opposite” to create them on the other side.
The shank is now fully finished.
