Objective: Learn how to complete the shank by copying the profiles to the opposite side.
Copy the Profiles One by One
Duplicate the profiles on the left and place them on the right, one at a time.
Start with profile four. Place it on the central right arm and adjust its position using the gumballs.

Then place profile two, which in this case sits at the top center of the curvature.

The profile at the far end is number eight, which we’ll delete. Instead, copy the profile from the opposite end and place it in the same position, so both sides are identical.

Finally, duplicate profile three and place it accordingly.

Use the gumballs as a reference to identify which profile you need to position and where it should go. Take your time — you can pause the video whenever you need.
Adjust the Ends
Set the cap so it doesn’t touch the arm. In this case we use 0.7 mm.

Check the Fit
Show the cylinder again. If yours is a solid, use the “Explode” command to remove the two caps and see the interior — you’ll see that everything fits perfectly.
Once you’re satisfied, click Accept to confirm the creation of the shank.
